Yarrow Collective:Offers free, drop-in peer support groups online (and in person in CO). There are a variety of groups, including the Peer to Peer Adult Support Group for Alternatives to Suicide that meets every Wednesday 6-7:30 MT (8-9:30 EST) on zoom.

Peer Respite Centers:Voluntary, short-term, overnight programs that provide community-based, non-clinical crisis support. Available in some US states (as of July 2026, there are listings in CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, VA, VT, & WI)
